I for one gave up in USM purchases after the 2023 Morgan/Peace DCAM debacle. 4 of 6 returned - scratches/in-capsule fibers - absolute garbage for the price. Yes, they refunded but reputational damage done for me.

I haven't completely given up though I am down to just the annual sets (1x silver proof, 2x uncirc, 2x proof, 1x all the ASE options). I agree 2026 will be an interesting year. Something tells me I better pad the checking account for that.

On 10/30/24: Quote: Woke up to an email from the USM advising they had changed their web site. Have visited and confirmed my account information and subscriptions info transferred over without issue. This morning I received the "Verify Your Account" email from the USM as it related to my Subscription for the RP Morgan / Peace 2 coin set due to go on sale 11/21. While I was reviewing my account, I found the "My Subscriptions" section blank. . ."There are no subscriptions associated with your account." Haven't had any luck getting through to a CSR. . . Anyone else seeing this ? Thanks. Update: Got through to a CSR. She couldn't "see" any subscriptions on my account either. She said she has been getting the same calls all morning. "The system" is doing a reload, she told me, and advised I check back "in a few hours" or even tomorrow.

All my active subscriptions are there. The ones I had pause, which were still listed previously, are now gone.

My active subscriptions are now showing. At the bottom of the window is a separate section showing Paused Subscriptions.

Mine are showing now, but they are duplicated!  Paused are showing, too.

And... now they are gone again.  I am going to quit looking and let them fix their busted junk.

Looks like they are back. I was able to pause the duplicates. If the list stays stable I will cancel them later.
