1) Does anyone have any insight on this nock? Is it Long? It looks tripled to me...very odd

As stated, VAM-43. That is doubling you see on the end of the arrow, it goes along with the EXTREME doubling you can see on the legs. Very nice looking lady and yes, it's a long nock.

What does 7/0 mean? I'm assuming the 7 has to do with tail feathers.. but what's the 0?

It's a 7 over 8 tail feathers variety, and the 0 means that no underlying tail feathers are visible.
