Question on this 1972-P Lincoln Penny, what are those lines on the reverse called? They kind of look like sun-rays.

Also, does anyone else see Machine Doubling on the reverse words "ONE CENT"?

Not that it matters, but I don't think it's a fingerprint. Probably dried blood from an old bandage or something. I do see the Machine Doubling though.
