I have ordered a coin microscope, since someone else liked my last one better than I did, as well as a new digital magnifying glass, however, shipment has yet to arrive, so I am posting the best photos I have currently of my new found 1958 Lincoln Wheat cent. I hope these photos will well serve the purpose until I can post better photos for you all!! A bit nervous, considering how very rare a 1958 DDO truly is, but it appears to me, without a doubt, though, I'm no expert, that I indeed have found a rare 1958 DDO in really great condition!! Hopeful!! Please give me your intake on it if it's possible and I hope to pay better quality photos real soon!!

Agree with above, not seeing any Doubled Die evidence on this one. Better pic quality needed.

to the CCF There is no confusing THE 58 DDO. If you had it, you'd have no doubts. If you're seeing a DDO and DDR on the same coin, chances are you have neither. That's a pretty rare coin.

to CCF. The obverse image is too blurry, and the reverse image is too small. Not seeing any doubling with these.

There is most certainly doubling on this coin on the overseas and reverse, but because it doesn't jump out and slap someone, it's going to be considered just a penny? Image too blurry or too small? Really? Do you happen to know that you can ZOOM on photos? If no one whom has commented has seen the L across the L in LIBERTY, there is something seriously wrong with your eyes. Delivery of macro digital magnifier is expected between Dec. 09-13, just as soon as I receive mag, I will post new photos!! Thanks for the feedback !!!

Just send your coin in to and TPG Service and have it graded, that will answer all your questions.

Well, I zoomed in using your original photo and this is what I see: Looks too blurry to tell what if anything is going on... I'll wait for your microscope close ups before commenting further on this. Thanks.
