Cujohn Pillar of the Community United States 7174 Posts	Posted 12/05/2024 4:29 pm to the CCF This is an area that is a weak spot on the entire Lincoln series. It has happened from the first year to this year. The shoulder on the obverse takes so much metal to fill in. If the planchet is a little light weight or a little less pressure striking, this area on the reverse doesn't get filled in. Most people mistake it for a Greaser, but it's not.
