I'm at MS-61, since the reverse is less butchered than the obverse. Otherwise MS-60.

Looks as if several of you got it right or close to right after a repost of different pictures

Time for me to post what PCGS graded this as:
You-Vs-PCGS:-1924-Peace-Dollar
This was a grade that was on my bucket list for a Peace dollar, obtaining a scarcer MS60, in any date/mm. For the 1924 date, only 50 have been graded as that, but the graded population goes waaaay up from a 63-64, as 17k-18k per mint state grade.

This was needed in a hand specimen so that I can compare Peace dollar coins in my collection to a MS60. This 1924 must have been banged around for quite a while in a mint bag for it to be graded such. I am still working on the VAM number at the moment.

Such a trickster...who slabs a MS60 PD...let alone who buys one (everyone [most everyone] wants the highest grade they can afford....)

Understandable.... behind your reasoning for the buy.. fun post

I had it at MS61 so I can see the 60 on this one.

Hardly surprising, I think.
