Can you post a reverse picture. So far, I am not seeing anything unusual at all.

Madman, the 40% silver Washington quarters of 1976 weigh 5.75 g, as opposed to 5.67 g for regular clad ones.

The edge picture clearly shows a normal clad coin.

Yep. Normal clad coin. The 40% silver wouldn't show copper on the edge.
