1994 P And 1938 D Nickel Errors? Missing Letters/Etc.

I believe the first two images are of a 1994, and the third image is a 1938.

Both coins are showing PMD. First coin might have been sanded down. The second coin, not sure what happened. It's still PMD.

@coin, best practice is to only post one coin per thread so that we can give each one the attention that it deserves.

For that third image, if it in fact is a 1938 D, then I'm not seeing a potential Cud listed. Could be some solder.

The 1938 could be a Cud but looks like it flows around letters rather than over them also, the coin is beat up, need close up picture in that area to know for sure.The 1994 is just damaged.

This Image is the Reverse of the 1994 nickel. No chance of it being a die adjustment strike?
