Would need straight on photos of both sides to grade, but from what I can see, it looks polished, so likely worth only silver value.

Full straight on obverse and reverse picture would be helpful. It does looked polished.

Obvious problem coin, cleaned/polished. Definitely not worth grading. Still a silver dollar at the end of the day.

Honestly I kno it's not polished it's pass down but seriously I had got it in a like plexi glass ball for since I remember I had to break the plexiglass ball to retrieve it

The fact that it was encased in plexiglass makes it even more likely that it was polished to improve the shine beforehand.
