Is there a known s/d for a 1974 LMC? The photo is a little small for me to tell anything for sure.

I agree that it appears to be an S/S Mintmark! I could not find a listing for it on Coppercoins or with Coneca, so wait until Chuck has time to check it out. It may very well be of interest to him!

I've been having trouble trying to get more pics here and since my nephew got on my system he's obviously changed a lot of my pc settings. I'll get more pics when I can get things going right again. :)

The overall shape of the mint mark looks normal, but it may be pushed on the upper part of the S. Maybe Machine Doubling or damage. But I would hang onto it for now. I have one like that I've been holding onto for years.

I would hold on to it too! I seam like a few of the 70's coins that there find new variety of Cent thur Dollars a lot.
