the right hand edge of the coin looks like some kind of doubling for the rim. Also I am noticing thatmany 1973 cents have a very deep strike. In this case it looks like the deep strike was off center. Is this an error?

I see maybe a Tilted Die or Rim Fin issue, but nothing else.

to CCF.

I see the Rim Fin on the right side, the strike is called a MAD Strike (Mis-Aligned Die) and the '9' of the date looks squashed of flattened out.
