Please Help Identify The Secondary Error On This Misaligned 1993 D Lincoln Cent

To me, it is double struck on the obverse but the strike is flipped as if looking in a mirror. Please help me to articulate what this error is. Thanks in advance! Report this Post to the Staff

Why would somebody do that? is that something people do to try to sell "error" coins? So the writing that's flipped , okay I thought that seemed really crazy and couldn't understand how that would happen .
