Which designation would this quarter get? (Proof, CAM, or DCAM). I wanted a business strike mint set but ended up getting a proof set.

IMO reverse is not showing complete frosting on our viewing left, may be the photos might be the coin. As is, puts me in at a straight grading of Pf-6?

I agree - reverse holds it back from a CAMEO designation.

I feel it is a cameo coin but not a deep cameo.

It isn't. Unfortunately both sides have to be equally frosted for a CAM designation.
Here is a Franklin half I have that because the reverse wasn't fully frosted like the obverse it didn't make Cameo.

Someone mentioned it could be the pictures, here they are with different lighting. Does this make a difference?
