1991 Penny Error On Liberty?

1991 Penny that has some significant wear on it with the speckles. If that is an instant toss away because of condition let me know!?

I see some outlines on the left side of each letter in the LIBERTY area of the coin. Not sure if the thickness of the lines means anything.

@coin, I think that apparent doubling on LIBERTY is not from a doubled die, but rather an unevenness in the plating, a more extreme version of which would have been split plate doubling. Same thing as your thread here:

Before you start posting dozens of random coins, take a gander through the information sites like https://www.error-ref.com/

Then come back and ask us to confirm specific things, vs. random "what do you see here" - that gets old quickly and the people you want help from will just see, oh, it's another piece of dreck from x and skip.

That is Die Deterioration Doubling. The "Doubling" is migrating towards the rim - wear from metal flow on the die.
