1992 penny with significant wear with spots on it. I see lines on the year to the right. Anything?

@coin, that apparent doubling on the date is not from a doubled die, but rather an unevenness in the plating, a more extreme version of which would have been split plate doubling.

I'm going with Die Deterioration Doubling as it is on every number in the date - and the "doubling" is migrating towards the rim.
