Very hard to tell what's going on with so much circulation wear and damage. The metal that looks like an extra MM may just have been pushed there by hits with other coins and such during circulation.
Edited to add: I assume you looked through the Variety Vista, Coppercoins, and Wexler listings to see if there is anything similar. If not, that's the first thing to do.

I Check on variety vista but nothing look same of this one so I'm not sure its a RPM but its weird over the D and on the side of the D too sio I'm waiting for an answer thanks
I agree with contact marks and PMD, notice the flattening on the digits and Lincoln's Cheeks it could have possibly been a parking lot coin at one time.
