Pretty cool find today in a dime with some serious cosmetic issues. Sorry for the weak pictures got a viewer on the way but the lettering is shifted then stamped the dark area between liberty and in god we trust is not PMD but wrinkles, it is curculated but in excellent condition with a spotless reverse any ideas?

What you're seeing is the result of Die Deterioration.

Thanks errers for the refresher. I'm a ex steel worker and welder and understand Die Deterioration but I don't understand the obvious movement while the coin is being struck unless movement occurs because of worn dies.
