1916 Mercury Dime - DDO Or MD?

I have acquired this Graded 1916 Mercury dime recently. Even though it is graded, I look at my coins to see if there are any errors the graders may have missed.

I would like the Pros to chime in and let me know their opinion as to whether this is a DDO (like the 1919 Mercury dime) or Machine Doubling? I apologize for the full coin pics. I can't seem to get clear shots. However, the scope shots are clear. Thanks for your opinions!
