You have multiple "same" features, these coins are from the same die. What you see around the neck and as I have pointed out in front of the lips, are die clash remnants. There are also die gouges at 3 o'clock that match, along with the mm location. The die scratches on the reverse vary a little but that's just because it's a different die stage, there are some that still match. Cool find!

You are welcome. It is a die clash remnant, in my opinion. I would have no idea of a minor or major die clash, it is only a "remnant" now, abraded and polished away, it could have been a huge and strong die clash before that happened. There are only two listed for this year/mm and they are not what you have. Check them out and this will help you understand what I mean.

You need to understand how a clash occurs too. It's when two dies collide/clash together during the minting process, without a coin in between them and from what I am told, it makes a horribly loud noise, so they know immediately when it happens. Typically, I would think they would shut the press down as quickly as possible and then take the damaged dies out of the presses, abrade and polish them as well as possible, as to be able to get more coins out of each of the dies. If you look at the reverse of your coin you can see lots of heavy abrading/polishing at the base, under the memorial, this is from what was probably a deep clash of Abe's head, that was polished away. Here are the links I suggested to check out.
