This is a cool error note! How did this happen? I think I have sussed it out. It looks like the upper right corner was folded before the seal was printed, then somehow folded back, and then, before the final cut, folded a second time, at a different angle, removing the original folded-over corner and the seal that was printed on it. Or maybe I just stared at it way too long!

Whatever happened occurred during and after the 3rd printing. Kinda looks like the printed fold was just cut off and the note was sent on it's merry way. Whatever happened, it's a strange one! Nice snag!

look closely, and you will notice a diagonal line from the bottom center angled to the right and meeting up exactly with the upper left of the angle cut. If the bill is folded on this line, the angle of the cut becomes even with the top as if the corner was folded over, printed, then unfolded; then, somehow, a new fold happened before the bill was cut removing the corner on which the serial and seal were printed.

So this is not a fold over but a triangle of the upper right is missing

A 32-note sheet is cut in half after the 1st and 2nd print, just before the 3rd print of the overprinting of the seals and serial numbers. The plate position on the note is H2, putting it at the bottom right corner of the sheet after being cut.

The fold you see running diagonally through the portrait happened before the overprint, causing the right side seal and serial number to miss the note altogether, and the final upper and lower trimming cut off the overhanging corner.

Cool error note. Personally, I'd have it authenticated and graded if it was mine.
