I have two 1994 Quarters each with what appears to be doubling. I however don't know if it is Machine Doubling or a double die.

1st Quarter

I'm thinking a combination of Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling.

We learn from our failures. Document it for later review and comparison. Having photos is nice, but real life examples are always going to be better, in my opinion.
