I'm interested in this anomoly even though the coin is awful. Any thoughts. Post mint damage. Strike through?

I'm thinking post-strike damage. That feature--I assume it's raised--has been present for a loooooong time.

It does look raised but pictures have looked deceiving before.

Could it be a very large rim burr from the left of coin? Or even a large chip? I just do not see pushed metal to be a hit. ( warning; I am wrong most of the time)
