There is an ebay listing for one and the seller claims that the person is Giuseppe Garibaldi. Internet searches have been fruitless. The numista listing (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/ex...141072.html) and ebay auction came up very quickly, but I'm struggling to find any other examples of either the obv or rev designs. Added: there is at least one fairly well known medal of Giuseppe Garibaldi done by George Louis.
