I think I may have something similar 1999 P dime only under his ear it looks like "o" and "l" in the correct font and also near the P mint mark.. just under and to the right it looks like an "A" upside down in the correct font like in America. Should I create a new post for this or am I supposed to keep them together like this? Included photos of both obv and rev of the same dime. Thank you for taking the time to look

I am not really seeing anything unusual with your coin. I only see some Die Deterioration and scratches. I'm thinking the extra "letters" you're seeing is Pareidolia.

@errersandvarieties don't say that Pareidolia is already an affliction with me in other ways not pertaining to coins #128557; going to try and get better photos with my camera and post soon.

Ok, also I notice on the bridge of the nose he appears to be wearing Cleopatra style eye makeup and there appears to be a leaf stamped on the nose right near it. I had just read an informative post on Die Deterioration and it seemed to explain the 5 dime examples I'd just looked at from my change but then it looked like it had faint letters that were in line with the font used. Will update with better photos soon. Whoever made the die determination post with all the explanation and photos gets a salute from me.

You may have some clash remnants that have been mostly polished away. There are a few listings for 1999P. Better pics would help.
