Hey all,

I'm not sure what it is I'm seeing in the date. It almost looks like a minor DDO but I don't want to jump to conclusions - as I am terrible at distinguishing these things. Opinions as to what this might be are very much appreciated.

With the current pic we have to work with, I would say damage to the coin.

Also top of the first 2 is showing some "thickness". Denver mint is not known for die chips on their coin but it's either that or PMD because from what I understand die doubling would take place nearer to the center...Interesting coin.......
