It almost looks like a minor DDO but I don't want to jump to conclusions - as I am terrible at distinguishing these things. Opinions as to what this might be are very much appreciated. Denver mint is not known for die chips on their coin but it's either that or PMD because from what I understand die doubling would take place nearer to the center...Interesting coin.......
