I know there are a ton of examples of doubling on these West Virginia quarters and I have scrolled through all of them, the closest I could see is the WDDR-021 but mine has a large die chip by the chimney and that one does not. Do I have it right regardless of the die chip?

Nice DDR! It could be a different die stage of WDDR-021 or a new listing.

It's a nice example of a DDR. The years with more noticeable doubling have so many similar variations, it can be really hard to nail down a specific attribution. It sure looks like the main feature is a very close match for -021.

Check for the die gouge between the BR of Brown. The listing contains a picture of the chimney without a big die chip. I suppose it's possible that the die gouge could fade before the chimney chip, but matching the gouge would confirm the match.

I took these other shots of spots mentioned for markers but I don't see anything or my magnification is not good enough.

I found the first one of these coins a few years back. What you have is a 2016-P 25¢ WV WDDR-018 Stage B variety coin. Here's the page with the link and photo of your (our) coins. The stage B variety is identified by the Die Break on the roof you asked about.

Very nice find, Roro57! Nice job on attribution too. Yours would appear to be a later stage of 021. Pretty sure I can make out the die cracks at the upper right hand side of each barrel, coming off the edges of each.

SilverNutz, And congrats on your find as well! Definitely a different doubled die from the OP's though, the doubling is totally different. Markers do not make a doubled die. The die chip you are referring to is an obvious weak spot in the design, you can find it in several of the other listings also. Here is a pic of your doubled die and the OP's doubled die, side by side to show the obvious difference.
