(2023-D) Possible US Quarter Mistake

It's essential to have it in the title. * The other day I was making a purchase at the corner store and whenever I got and was counting my change nothing a quarter that I'm assuming is a mistake or misprint. It's dated 2023 looks pretty new with everything on the front but on the reverse side it only has a woman's portrait on it. No numbers or letters and nothing that would indicate a misaligned plate of any kind I'm going post this with pictures if it lets. But what I'm trying to figure is if this is a mistake and does it have any value because of it Report this Post to the Staff
