It looks worn to me, low VF grade. Don't know if it would straight grade though, wait for the pros to comment on authenticity.

Yeah, its between a 15 and a VF20. The reverse looks like simple circulation-wear. The black smudgy stuff on the obverse is puzzling.

Difficult to say...I suspect a cleaning, although not a recent one. The reverse has the look of a past pencil eraser treatment.

An older cleaning may have happened but now looks to be a market acceptable circulated Morgan
