If you got it in change then most likely it has some rub on high points, so would probably grade a high AU grade. I like the green reverse color and there are a lot of Cent collectors who look for this kind of toning, so you might find someone who would want it for their collection, or just keep it yourself as an example of nice green toning.
Much clearer pics are needed. The only listed doubled dies for this year/mint are very slight and could not tell if you may have one of them with the current pictures. As already stated, nothing to see so far....
I'm not so sure that is even green toning - looks more like a bad editing job. Just look at the different colors of the background between the Obverse and Reverse pictures.
A bit difficult to determine doubling on the date given the posted pics--may be Machine Doubling, not a doubled die. Suggest not submitting for grading.
