Hi, Just need help identifying if this is an RPM.
Looks like a small s over a larger one. Thoughts?

Not seeing an RPM on this one. Just seeing circulation wear and flattening plus crud.

Just thought I'd put this out here....1970S small or large is a reference to the numerical date and not the mint mark.
