Has anyone come across such an oddball legend like this on a Cap & Rays 8 R? The mint and assayer marks don't match my reference books. While P is Potosi, it's not an exact match. Could be a potential Contemporary Circulating Counterfeit or something else? I can provide more pics of the whole coin, but right now, I'm just asking about the unusual legend. Weight is 26.000 grams. Diameter not uniform 38.6 - 39.3mm.

I should edit my post by saying I think the composition is "German Silver" because the SG is 8.55.
60/20/20 c/n/z is 8.512.
55/27/18 c/n/z is 8.549 and mine is 8.55
Thickness is 2.75mm or a bit less measured around various spots.
Another edit adds pics of the edge taken around the coin.

Yes so do I.
The assayer initials should be JS and I think the mintmark should be more like P with a very small letter i.
Experts have written books about 8 Reales coins so I was hoping to get an idea of why this one is so wrong and if it's ever been found by others?
