As of today, June 4, 2025, I have yet to find a 2025 coin in my change. No pennies, nickels, dimes or quarters.
I even bought a few coin rolls from my bank yesterday. Nothing.
Anybody else in the same boat?

I have encountered a tiny handful of 2025 nickels. But 2024 was also super thin for nickels.

I'm in southern Delaware about 100 miles South of the Philly Mint. Last week I got my first 2025 cent in change. Nothing else so far. Last year was sparse too. I suppose that coins don't circulate like they used to because nobody uses cash anymore. Even my local bank has a policy where I have to give 3 days notice if I want some rolls of coins to search through and I'm only talking about a few rolls, not a big box of them. Imagine a bank that doesn't have change on hand. Another sad chapter in American History!

So. Cal area and just 3 cents about 2 weeks ago...heck even 2024 coinage was/has been slim. I picked up 3 boxes of nickels last month (hoping for a box full of 2024s)......nothing yet. Next Mon. or Tue. I'll grab a box of quarters...wish me luck... Side note a few months back I p/u a box of halves and let me tell you...plenty of 2024D and P's...

Plenty of 2025 Zincolns in n. DE/s.e. PA but so far, none of the other denoms. I make it a point to use cash for all routine small transactions. Last week a local deli spit out a 1920 Buffalo nickel.. with a readable date- !! When was the last time YOU received a 100+ year old coin in change? Eh? Eh?

Plenty of 2025 quarters in circulation here. Still no 2024 or 2025 small change.
