The relevant markers are the partially-filled lower B, and the die crack on the forehead. There are a couple BIEs that are similar, but none have these markers and Cohen would not have missed them. So I think this is a new discovery piece! I made a larger and slower animation that Bobby is graciously hosting. I decided to only use the first and last image since the lighting is more similar and the middle stage is almost as well developed as the last.
