Seems to have attributes to the S, the inside curve of 2. The R is too worn to actually tell if there is a die crack for sure. Thoughts? I see nothing else that makes me think it is an RPM, it is smashed in a little too, so without proper markers, it would be hard to tell. What you pointed out on the 2 is normal, I think that is on the master die and all 2's, regardless of the mint. The "mark" on the second column looks like a hit, not a die crack.
