There are no coins included. It's an empty album.
700 dollars for an EMPTY Dansco album? No. These people are smoking something.

That price is for a case of 20 albums which works out to $28.00 per album which seems fair.

AH. Okay. I get it now.
But I wouldn't be surprised if someone on there charged that amount for ONE whole album. Lol.
What other ridiculous things have people seen like this?

It's the nature of the marketplace. Sellers can set a price. If no one buys, then the seller has options--lower the asking price, withdraw the item(s), etc. Prospective buyers are free to walk.

Have you seen the prices for the ATB albums? If you need one and find one under $50 you better scoop it up or it will be gone. That's why they can charge these prices, supply and demand. Even more rare are BLANK quarter pages, not replacement pages. Finding those are like finding Bigfoot

Stuff like this is all over ebay. These unscrupulous sellers think if they dress up a common coin's description and make it sound like it's rare, they can fool an unsuspecting person into buying it for an outrageous price. "Choice Very Good 2016 Lincoln Cent from a huge unsearched estate lot. Minted in historical Philadelphia, this coin has no mintmark, unlike its slightly rarer Denver counterpart. The 4.7 billion mintage means that very few were saved in this condition. The 2.5% copper content alone makes this coin an incredible investment for those who deal in precious metals and think long term. Lincoln cents will soon no longer be minted which makes this coin a worthy expenditure and a true rarity for the future. Bid now and reserve your place in history!" [Note: the above is a listing I made up. Sorry if I disappointed you. ]
