I'm guessing there were so many issues at hand that damaged was the easiest explanation.

Throat, nose, cheek, ears, and fields - I think that all outweighs the bad toning job. TPG's will always use the lead offender. IMO it looks like it spent time in a gravel parking lot beforehand. Apologies for being harsh if this is your coin, but yeah, I think in this instance DAMAGE means scratches, gouges, etc...
