Not a DDO.
Either split plate doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling,
can't quite tell which from the photo. But in either case, they are worthless types of doubling.

Die Deterioration. Not a DDO. JimmyD, this coin is copper, not zinc plated copper, so split plating doubling isn't possible.
