Just asking a question here, tying to learn: If it is a struck through error why isn't it toned like the rest of the surface.

But why would it do that? I'm really into physics not opinions. I have a journal written on error coins from years ago that only show struck throughs on newly minted coins that retain the newly minted struck throughs.

I agree it is a nice struck through. Congrats.
I'm seeing what appears to be mint luster inside the struck through.

IMHO, it does appear to match the rest of the surface.
I see two colors to the struck through which seem to match the surrounding fields in the second image.
On the left side, it is a darker blue at the base of the struck through which corresponds with the surrounding field. On the right side of the struck through it is lighter in color which matches the surrounding fields.

Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
