From what I see so far, it has a misaligned obverse and MD on the reverse.

A slight Misaligned Die and Machine Doubling. Just a spender.

Interesting coin...

I'd say Machine Doubling on the reverse with more die wear seen on the obverse. I can't tell if the bite out of the rim area in front of Roosevelt's chin is from PMD or an error, but I lean more towards the former. Not to mention the usual dings and bumps from 50 years of being circulated about...
