recently got this one... don't know a whole lot about grading such early american coinage.. so please help!

as far as attribution.. the closest I can guess is that it is an S-234. Is this right? Can anyone tell me about relative rarity of this variety?

thanks!

Attribution is correct, S-234 Looks like an early die stage IV. It's an R-3 coin so it really doesn't command a premium.

I would grade this as F-15.
