1972 Lincoln Memorial Cent Looks Like The Memorial Steps Misplaced

This particular penny unable to see the steps at the memorial not sure why but there are some diagonal lines looking like steps across the place where the steps are supposed to be. Wonder if it is some random lines or miss struck steps. On the obverse notice the rim on the right side is bigger and broader compared to other pennies.
