Hi, good day to all. This particular penny unable to see the steps at the memorial not sure why but there are some diagonal lines looking like steps across the place where the steps are supposed to be. Wonder if it is some random lines or miss struck steps. On the obverse notice the rim on the right side is bigger and broader compared to other pennies. Will very much appreciate your comments and opinions. Thank you.

Appears to be just a heavily worn cent, those diagonal lines are just scratches. It is a misaligned die strike causing the offset on the obverse.

The slight misalignment is within spec and the rest
is just circulation wear and damage.

Post-strike damage, yes. The coin didn't leave the striking chamber with that look.

That is a pretty nice "fat' rim for a MAD cent.
