At first glance, it appears to be a proof.

Hmmm, kinda looks "proofy" but "LIBERTY" is weakened like the business strike Small Date variety.

It would have to grade at least 66 to start being worth it for grading so you aren't losing money on the shipping and grading fees. And I think your cent is a 64. Lots of little nicks and spots plus the strike is soft to begin with drag it down.

Soft focus is playing tricks with the surfaces, I don't think it's a proof. The proofs from this year had frosted devices.

I agree with MS63/64 range. Not worth TPG fees to grade.

I was intrigued by the 'shape' of the rims--deceptively proofy. Would love to see the piece in-hand. Examining coins is always a kick.

coin is not there to send in.

I'm not even certain that the coin is MS based on your closeups. the shoulder and collar appear to have some light wear. it may even had a dip but that could be your photos and lighting.

Unless you think your cent is worth at least $200.00,
you would lose money sending it in.

@armandoluna - with all of the above. Not worth the cost of grading.
