I'll guess MS-63 for the grade. I don't know enough about VAM's to help.

Those are pretty deep cuts on the cheek. I'd say MS-62 on the obverse, and MS-64 on the reverse, with a net of MS-63.

the 90(O) is right in the middle of the pack of weak strikes at the mint. the reverse tells it all.

missed the post before the reveal. with the cheek marks and strike issues MS63 is correct. TV is not the best photos to grade by
