Hi Good day to all. Have this 1990 Roosevelt dime that looks like an error mintmark. Also notice slight doubling in the motto and one dime. The other inscriptions look broader.
Also noticed the rim one side thicker and broader. Your opinions and comments will be most appreciated. Thanks.

From what I can tell, it's just extreme Die Deterioration.

yes, this is DDD - take note how that doubling is trending towards the rim and also the radial flow lines all heading to the rim. a classic example of a very worn set of dies.
