The only type of doubling that is collectible is a from a doubled die. There are other forms of non collectible and common doubling such as Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling.

Anytime you think you have a doubled die, use varietyvista.com and find an EXACT match (every picture there must match exactly to your coin). Otherwise you just have a form of common and non collectible doubling.

Your picture is too small and it will not zoom. So I cannot see the doubling. But using the above info, you can see if you have a doubled die.
