I see little wear and the soft detail on Liberty's drapery and the eagle talons might be strike-related. There seems to be some mint frost still remaining in Liberty's hair. If there is any luster remaining I'd be comfortable with an AU-50 or AU-53 grade. Report this Post to the Staff

sfwusc Pillar of the Community United States 615 Posts	Posted 06/05/2009 11:16 pm Yea wow! It is a lot nicer than my 1831 that I have. I would say mine is F or VF (maybe)... This one is EF or AU. It doesn't really scream mint luster to you (AU), but it is 178 years old. It just looks too sharp for EF. I am far from an expert on the series though! -SFWUSC Report this Post to the Staff
