Another 62. Not a fan of coins with fingerprints try to avoid buying them. They are hard to sell.

I've looked at this coin a couple times and pondered it a bit. From the photos, I can't be sure whether there is a slight bit of circulation wear on the cheek and hair on the obverse and the eagle's breast and wings on the reverse, or whether that is just an effect of the lighting. You will have a better look with the coin in hand. It could be an AU-58 slider or a bit of a rough MS. The scratches are throughout the face, and likely would hold the coin back to MS-62 if it is UNC.

the 90(P) can slightly soft. you can see this around the ear and breast. your surfaces on the obv are washed out by overhead lighting. your rev shot is out of focus. neither one is good for accurate assessment. the massive print above the eagle kills the coin for me.

MS62 or low end 63. value decreased by the fingerprint.

would need better shots of the obv without glare to see the cheek area and remaining luster or wear. it could be a slider as FC has stated but really cant see it using these.
