I think "eye appeal" comes into play on common date Mint State Morgans. The weak hairline - and the weak reverse rim lowers it to 62 - but that is just my opinion.

Typical New Orleans coin. That mint did a great job when they basined the dies, producing so many beautiful prooflikes. They also did a terrible job striking the coins, mostly because of the coining presses they had to use, producing so many pancakes.
Two places where I hesitate a bit on this coin. There is an area of abrasion from the lips diagonally SSE to the area below the hair curls with the D void. It's in a spot that is highly visible, so TPGs will notice it more. IMHO, it's still consistent with MS-63. The other concern is something that you will be able to see better with the coin in hand, and that's the flatness on the reverse rim from 3:30-5:30. I don't see anything suggesting post-mint damage, but that's something for you to check. If there isn't any damage, and it's just New Orleans being New Orleans, I think it's a solid MS-63.

the 85(O) are known for slightly weaker to average strikes. obv looks a little flatter than rev.
