The mark on the left wing is a scratch, but not out of the ordinary for a VF coin. It looks like an area of verdigris may have been removed above the motto and to the left of the TY in LIBERTY. Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6384 Posts	Posted 09/17/2025 9:13 pm Perhaps it's a strike issue rather than wear but I'd expect a fully-outlined breastplate for VF-30.
