The date and mint mark both have the same Machine Doubling. The flat shelf like look is also a give away. Very common on the 1968-1971 Cents. Almost harder to find coin without the Machine Doubling. (I'm kidding)

Most of the doubled die obverses I've found usually affect the motto most often.
